Janet..I went this morning and got mine done..it didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would...we don't have to pay much this year either...GO DO IT and get it over with!! You will be in a better mood to sew...if you try to sew under stress you will surely mess up ...then end up with a "frog" quilt...RIPPIT RIPPIT...crafty_linda_b

I am sorry, I cannot kick you or anything, but I will tell you this! We have our State and Federal back and stashed in the bank since the first part of March. Did it myself and now I don't have to think about it at all anymore for one year! Now, doesn't that feel worse than a kick in the be-hind???????? Edie

Just do it! Get the taxes done. You'll feel great, I know I did mine yesterday.

I have not done my tax stuff yet either but I use TurboTax and can have it done in 2 hours. We are going to owe this year because of selling a house so I am not in a hurry.

Oh wait.....I gotta finish opening my box of fabric from fabric.com, then finish reading the Quilting Board msgs, then I'll give ya a kick. Get it done, then have the quilt stuff as your reward.

Do it and get it out of the way and you'll feel a lot better! It won't be hanging over your head and then you can ENJOY sewing without feeling guilty. :-P

My DH did ours in Jan, but my Size 9 1/2 clown feet are available if needed. Next Jan tell your DH that you need to do the taxes in Jan so the govt isn't making interest of your $$ for 4 mo that could be used for quilting purchases. :-P
