I use sleep deprivation as my excuse. I get up either 2:15 or 3:15 am to go to work. Basically it's just that CRS disease.

I have the same problems but I don't have Fibro. Quick, what can I blame it on? Currently I use Old Age, but I'd like to figure out something better.....
Well, when we lived in the mountains I blamed everything on the elevation, when we lived in the south I blamed the humidity, in the midwest it was pollen, and in the desert the dryness. You can adapt this to any place.

I used to hear my dad talking away in his workshop, go in to see who was there, sometimes it was a dog, sometimes no one. I asked him once why he talked to himself and he said, He liked to talk to a smart person and liked listening to a smart person. I quote that all the time to my kids--especially when the dogs or cats are not here. LOL

I not only talk to myself, I answer sometimes and we even have an argumental discussion at times. I even win on occasion.
