Spelling Word help for kids...

Here is a site where you can put in the spelling words and then study with them. Little games to use like word finds and cute little things...... Just thought I would share it with everyone. The teacher gave it to our twins to try and help them.

You're welcome Amma. I wish I would have had this a while back for them. We have talked w/their teachers and actually switched their schools. This new school is suppose to be helping them with their reading and things. Although when my DH was talking to one teacher she said that they don't really get concerned about their spelling abilities because this is a computer era and they can use spell check. My husband didn't really like hearing that part of the conversation. She was very nice and I'm glad that she called to talk to us about it.

I still think it's useful to know the difference between some words that are common
know - no
there - their
sew - so
accept - except
etc etc etc
Conventional spelling does have its place!
