It's great fun to hear from folks all across our world--to see what stage spring is at, or not. :-D

Have you ever considered what a gorgeous quilt your beautiful pictures would make? What a flower garden that would be.

Well--yes. I bought the fabric to print some out on, but I never think the photos on fabric look as bright. So, I've not gone any further with the idea.

It doesn't seem like it was that long ago that I was looking at pictures of your horses in 3 feet of snow! Explain to me, a Californian, how long does it take for all that snow to melt? Boy, does that sound like a stupid question! I am so surprised that you have flowers and green everywhere already. Is this a normal spring? I am still flirting with the idea of moving back there.

Hi roselady! We are having a very early spring. Last year it was two weeks early, and this year is earlier. This week it's been in the 50s and 60s, but the weekend is supposed to be 40s and windy and rainy (good quilting weather  ) The seasons offer such a wonderful variety. I never get bored. If it's beautiful outside, I'm working/playing with horses, if it's inside weather, once chores are done, I come in to quilt! What's not to love? :-D
