And be sure that your pictures are small enough to start with. Then you hit the BROWSE button, and find the picture that you want to put on and click on it. You will come back to this little box and there should be writing in the box beside the BROWSE button. Then, just below that box, you will see the words UPLOAD FILE(S) and you click on that and wait for it to load. The nice thing about doing it this way, rather than the MANAGE ATTACHMENTS, is that you can then label this picture, and when you have multiple pictures, that is really nice. Once a picture and label are up, just hit the EDIT button, add your title, hit the EDIT button for more pictures if you want. I don't think that you can label pictures that you upload through MANAGE ATTACHMENTS. Good luck trying this method. I am going to add 1 picture just to see if what I wrote is what you should do.

this is a picture of the quilts that I gave away for Christmas

And this is the second picture that I loaded using the above method. I did all of this in the reply box. I am going to post this now, and see if I can add by hitting the EDIT button

And then I hit the EDIT POST button and loaded this picture and was able to label it. Hope that I wrote out this info in a clear manner and that you can make use of it.
    Good Luck

the way it appears on a mac, there is no toolbar above the box. that's why i couldn't understand all the instructions that i was getting from everyone. my layout is totally different than windows. it wasn't until i saw what the windows setup looked like that i realized where the problem was.

but thank you to everyone who tried to help me.
