The drama continues for me. I called and their system is being updated so it will be at least an hour before they can make the change. I am supposed to get a call later. I guess what is making me nervous about this is that I worked at a call center several years ago and the orders were processed within 20-30 minutes of the order being called in.

You have a good reason to be nervous! Orders usually can't be changed after that amount of time. Hope it all works for you. I know others like Keepsake, but I no longer order there after some bad experiences...which happened after the new owners took over. No complaints before that.
