Friends and I are actually going to a local small bookstore tonight for a "Harry Potter night" where dress-ups are encouraged. We'll be sorted, attend "classes", and drink butterbeer. Looking forward to nerding out for the night!
    that is so neat!

I can watch Harry Potter movies every day. My family think I am nuts but oh well. My husband had to get new glasseses this week and said I could pick them out. He told me they look like Harry Potter glasses.

I will be going alone to the last HP movie. The grands are too far away now.
DH has never enjoyed si fi/fantasy movies. He has no idea what he missed.

I very much enjoy listening to the audio reader,Jim Dale.

I was disappointed in the last movie. Not enough of the wedding and the burrow did not burn down.
Hoping not as much liberty was allowed in the final 1/2.
I will have to have a movie marathon before I go.

I love the books and movies.I use to go with my granddaughter, the ONLY reason I would put up with the crowds. But since she is in GA and I am in VA now I won't be going. I will wait until it comes out on TV or netflik if I can ever figure out how to get to it on my brothers TV . 3 different remotes needed. ACK!!. lol

I read and loved all the books, but have never watched any of the movies. I prefer to do one or the other, but not both.

I recently listened to all 7 of the audio books. I had forgotten alot of the intricacies in the plots so listening really helped.
Jim Dale does a great job of reading them.

I always go to see the movies on senior day at our local theater, unless I can find someone to go see them on iMax.

I never read anything on Harry Potter and never saw a movie. It's just for young people anyway, as far as I am concerned. Not your typical fairy tale, but definitely a fairy tale.

Oh yeah!! Seen everyone of the movies, not missing this one. My 21yr old gson and I usually go together, but if he is working, I'm going alone. The theatre here is having a double feature, showing part 1 and part 2, tickets are 35.00. Passing on this.

LOL!!!! I own all the movies so me and the kids had a fantastic Potter-fest week and then went to see the movie!!! Was awesome!!!!! I really hadn't read all the books but when Snape killed Dumbledore I knew something wasn't right; Snape being my favorite character and I just knew he wasn't evil enough to do that!! So I bought all the books on Amazon and read them all!!!! Very good books and all the movies were very faithful to the story line, except for Peeves. I'm a big Potter fan; I do most of my cross stitching to the Potter movies.
