Oh I will tell Ollie that, she just loves to dress up, she had that dress made from some Thai silk that her Dad brought back and found the hat and handba exactly to match.

There were some pretty facinators (head bands too)

There is a story about the rock the hotel is built on it actually is a piece of rock that fell from the great Rock at the back its called the Mamela and the fishermen touch it for luck. It caused a lot of damage when it fell but no one was killed. Then they built the hotel on it.

Elle....love the new pics!! I'm a fan of the hats too! I have to say though that the black ladies here in the south can't be beaten in the hat category. Memphis used to be the base of the Church of God in Christ annual convention. When they all flew into town....well....girl, you best run get your camera...it seemed like each one tried to "outdo" the last one! My boss flew into town once and was just awed at the airport and thought it was some type of "HAT convention"!

Great pics...all of them! Keep 'em coming!

I just love all the hats! I've tried to wear one, but look horrid in them!
I even spent a TON of money for an Aussie hat. It sits in the hat box right now. :(

The pictures are awesome. Love the flowers with the one orchid in the middle. So pretty!
