Unbelievable beauty. I visited there about 6 yrs. ago, but just missed the bluebonnet time, I was sad.

Thanks for the photos. I love the bluebonnets. We were in TX in March - did get to see a few bluebonnets but it was just too early for the show! But daughter was on spring break that week (she goes to Tarleton U. at Stephenville) so we had to visit then while she had time for us. Have a great day and give the bluebonnets an extra look for me. :lol:

Yes quiltinggrannie, there is a fabric of the Texas Bluebonnets, I have bought and used it.

I love our bluebonnets and Indian paint brushes too. They are popping up all along the highways. Although we have lots of acreage around us and empty land, the land is worked for crops and cattle so no bluebonnets close. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Beautiful.

WOW! I had forgotten how beautiful the Bluebonnets are in the spring. I grew up in Texas and have not lived there since the early 80's. I also loved the Indian Blankets and the Red Clover. Nice to look at but don't walk through them unless you don't mind chiggers!

Oh, how that pic made me homesick for TX!!! I lived there from 1977 until 1994 and loved seeing the bluebonnets & indian paintbrushes every spring. My dh & I have been talking about maybe moving back as we really liked living there.
