It's all very disheartening. Our stock tanks are bone-dry and we have little to no grass for our cattle. We have spent a fortune this year on water troughs, feed and hay...I'm grateful for the 3/10" of rain we got this weekend, but we need so much more.

The weather has been wierd all over. Here in upstate NY we have had too much rain. The area just south of us was flooded badly last week. Too much rain made the rivers and streams overflow.

I am from Texas and now live in OK. We are also experiencing drought, but to see the photos is just sad.

many are doing just that and dredging deeper! my sister is having her stock tank dug deeper because is SPRING fed...the spring is just also low at this time so the table to her tank is cut off...really sad..no water, no wildlife! She is North of Austin quite a bit!
