    i clicked on "recent topics" at the top of the page to find something i was looking at a few minutes ago & boy was i surprised! there were some topics in there i KNOW i never looked at, in fact, i clicked on one & seems it was deleted. happen to anybody else?

    Yep, I forget what it was about but it wasn't to long ago that I go to "recent topics" and I know I was just there and then, it's gone! I"m still sorta new to being here and haven't figured it all out yet but learning every day.

    Yeah, there's some weird things that go on sometimes. Also if Admin or one of the moderators have pulled or locked a topic it's that way everywhere.

    me thinks there must be a GLITCH! after i read a topic & go there, there is no appearance of what i was just reading!

    I believe that Recent Topics are the topics that have most recently been commented on.

    There is a link at the top here that says Topic Log. It records all the topics you have looked at today. You an click on that link and see anything you have been reading. When you click on a topic on Recent Topics it won't show up again on that list until someone else posts on that topic.

    recent topics means topics that someone has recently posted on as in a new post that you haven't seen yet. Once you have seen the post on that thread it is no longer a recent topic to you until someone posts a new post that you haven't read yet. make sense?
