Ya'll may be familiar with this but I haven't seen it before. I was at a craft show and a lady was selling these 'Theme Boxes'. The outside of the box was padded and covered with a specific theme fabric. This one is a 'Princess' theme. When you take the lid off the box, the four sides flop down and there is elastic to hold stuff to the sides. Everything in the box has to do with a princess. In this box, there is: pen, notepad, pez dispenser and candy, playing cards, glass slipper key chain, lip gloss, nightlight coin purse and watch. As I said, if it's in the box, it has princess on it somewhere.
She had a box for anything you could think of - dogs, cats, butterflies, horses, NFL teams, school teams, coffee drinkers, wine, travelers - gosh, I can't think of all the different themes she had. They are so neat and a unique gift. I bought the princess, Tinkerbelle and the yellow happy smiley face.
Does anyone on this board make these?
Oh, and she was selling them for $25.00.

Thanks for the mention! We know those square ones as etuis, and they are generally used for small sewing notions. I haven't every thought of them being used for themes, great idea of that lady.
The tute I did was for an hexagonal box, larger than these square ones. I want to emphasize that it wasn't my design, just one I made on a workshop that I wanted to share at the time.
