Jolly Ranchers/most hard candy. That ribbon candy my grandma used to have at Christmas time, anything with coconut in it (allergies) those shrimp chips at the Oriental Markets, spicy doritos/chips. Does anyone remember Bugles? Yuck. Other than that, there isn't much I will pass by when it comes to snacks.

I'd forgotten about some of the things that were listed.

Watermelon and anise flavored candies are also easy to pass up. (Actually, I spit them out if I get one by mistake)

My DH likes canned sardines. THOSE are easy for me to pass up!

You all are killing me! You're naming many of my favorite things! (licorice, watermelon...)

Oh, that sounds good right now! I only like bologna cold, but I could do some on some country white bread with ketchup and lettuce and wash it down with a Pepsi, no problem! Maybe with a side of Ruffles potato chips...

OTOH, those salt and vinegar chips I wouldn't touch. Nothing with vinegar! Pickles - NO-O!

Cowtails, Peeps (like them better when they've been open a couple of days and more chewy) and Little Debbie Peanut Butter Bars.

Dark chocolate is very good for you, they say a little bit a day. A fast and easy recipe from barefoot contessa and you really can just eat a little.
    Chocolate Crackle
Melt good chocolate ( I have used white and it is great) in microwave for 1 min. keep checking and stir to just melt it.
Line a jelly roll pan with parchment or wax paper.
Spread chocolate very thin on it.
Have Ready ( any dried combo you wish) eg. apricots, cherries, raisins , cranberries, assorted nuts.
Sprinkle over the chocolate and press lightly.
    Refrigerate till cool
Unfold paper and make into uneven chunks..YummmYummmEnjoy

don't think anybody mentioned "gooseberrys " I'm reading this thread waiting for a gooseberry and blueberry pie to finish in the oven . Have fans on but couldn't keep the fresh fruit longer.
You'all are invited for pie and coffee as I usually don't have such special treats.
