Pretty normal, I'd say. I've know a few quilters who could work in a pretty linear fashion but not many. I like to tell myself it's a byproduct of the creative process. Doesn't that sound sooo much better than disorganized.

I have started using coconut oil, which has been shown to have a beneficial effect on Alzheimer's patients and I am noticing a difference. I can stay on task better (still not great) and I definitely have more energy. DH even commented that I am more active since I started this. I had been feeling overwhelmed with "stuff" and am getting rid of a lot of it. Also, actually started granddaughters quilt within the last week. I am praying that I can get it finished before Christmas. Just wanted you to know that you are not the only one. If you are of menopausal age it could be related. Ann in TN
Ann, I'm very interested in the Coconut Oil! Could you tell me where to get it...health food store, grocery store? Also what is the dosage you use. I'm willing to try anything for more energy!

I am so there! IF I do decide what to make at that moment. I spend too much time trying to pick fabric that will work. (do I really want to cut into this beautiful piece, is this the best project to show off this fabulous fabric and do it justice) it seems never ending sometimes. by the large number of responses I'd say its part of the process.
