    I just ask around on the board :wink: Find a friend of theirs and ask, maybe give a small explanation .

    I just wrote a longish answer and it got wiped.

    Basically, list all the identifying info you have on the person, then use Google, pipl.com and the social networking websites to find out more.

    What about looking at their postings to see if they are participating in a swap? Then pm the swap coordinator for the address? Coordinator should know if person would be okay with that.

    I was debating on sending PMs to members i know that send out packages to others and ask.
