Watched our oldest daughter get her doctoral degree this morning. All totaled she has been going to school for 25 years (including pre-school)! We are so proud of her! She is now qualified to teach college English liturature classes. She is such an organized woman, that's her 2 year old daughter with me in my avatar!
    Just had to brag.

    Kathy,
That's a wonderful moment for your family! Congratulations to her.

I remember when my own DD received her MD and her commission as an Air Force Captain....I got to pin on her bars, so thrilling! I hadn't thought to include the preschool years in her education, but of course they were also full of learning....she was an only child, living out in the country, with no pets even.

They are amazing, these beautiful young people.

Well done to her. I hope that she loves what she does, and enjoys a career sharing the love with others.
