Can the 'rodent' family be included? What about most reptiles?

Their guts stink to high heaven. Up north the German roaches are much smaller but they will come out of your plumbing into your kitchen on the 20th floor! They get into your food. The big American roaches mentioned above just defacate on your dishes so you have to wash them before you set the table, eat the glue off evelopes, chew on your kid's wax that she uses to cover the wires on her orthadontia and many other delights. YUCK.
Do they stink if you vacuum them up? We looked at some condos in Florida a few weeks ago and a few units had dead ones lying around. The complex does spray. How would I take care of their dead bodies? I've dealt with the small ones up here in college years - well, if you can ever deal with them but am ignorant about the big ones.
    Thanks for your help.
Oh - and I'd add rattlesnakes to the list.

We used to have a really cute skunk family that came around every night. Sadly, I think our nasty neighbor next door put poison out for them because I found one of the babies dying in our front yard and I haven't seen the others since then :-(

And, not-so-big No-seeums from my UP days. No windows open in the evening as there is not a screen small enough guage to keep those monsters out. You may not see them, but they sure take a chunk outa you that would make a gator blush.

When my kids were 4 & 6, my DD asked if it was wrong for "Dad to kill Bambi?". I said no that we ate the meat, & dad was always carefull to observe the laws. She said "Well, he kills armadillos, too." My wise DS piped up with "Well, armadillos are just one of God's mistakes!" Out of the mouths of babes.
