Ok I've looked at pizza boxes but no one has 20x20 square. I have those hexagon table toppers to mail and so far found some at Staples in a pkg of 15. 20x20x6 for $31.00! anybody know of any place else, Wal-mart, UPS (they are usually very pricey) etc??

Can you roll them around a paper towel cardboard empty roll and put them in a mailing tube?

could you put them flat between 2 pieces of cardboard and tape the edges .

I thought of rolling but maybe cardboard would be better. Staples didn't have the boxes in stock of course.

Have you checked out some of the large gift boxes like for robes at maybe the dollar stores? or Sam's for the pizza boxes.

You can also turn old boxes you have inside out and just make your own. I've turned boxes inside out often and used them. I've cut them down to what size I need.

I just folded mine on the seam line, got there no problem

oh, just shipped stuff in a brown paper bag from the food store, no problems with that either

Go to your local pizza restaurant and see if they will sell you some boxes. Be aware that these may not be strong enough to mail in. Most of the pizza boxes are made of fairly lightweight cardboard (like cereal boxes), not corregated or carton cardboard like mailing boxes. Also the post office has size restrictions, 20x20x6 may be over their limit, so I would ask at your post office before buying the boxes. (UPS and FedEx also have size restrictions, so if this is the way you are shipping, call them first to ask.) I would go with mailing tubes personally. These can be purchased at the post office as well as some of the independent shipping stores and are much sturdier than pizza boxes. Good luck!

For a fee, FedEx will pack and ship and get them there in good shape. Just sayin. It is expensive...what about the roller tubes at the post office.
