Basically it is a self-sustaining week-long visit/vacaation in the desert. You have to bring in what you need to survive for a week. Thousands of people go each year. People do all kinds of things there to entertain. It looks like a kind of cool thing to do at least once in your life. I would definitely have been interested in going there in my younger years for sure, not so sure now. I doubt my husband would want to go at this point in our lives either, although I could probably convince him.
