They're getting big so fast! It must be so much fun to watch them learning new things every day! Keep those pictures coming--we love them!

Is it a fancy camera, or is it the subjects, lol?
Oh, it's definitely the subjects!! :D

I'd say if you could package joy, those two would be a tops!
Yes!! That explains them perfectly--and what they do to me.

I was chopping Buttercups from the pastures (they are poisonous to horses, but I also don't want them taking over the grass) so the foals pestered me for a long while. But it was a great opportunity to teach Tucker how to approach people. He must come gently, or I'll do as him mama does and nudge him away. He kept standing so quietly next to me, I had to keep stopping my weeding to give him scratches in reward.

I have a birthday coming up, and told Mark to not spend one penny on my birthday because the horses make it a birthday every day (not to mention they are an expensive hobby.). The joy they bring, especially in spring, summer and fall is endless--and makes up for the challenges of winter.

Karla they look they were so enjoying themselves. When they are running around kicking up their heals they remind me of my pup when he has been cooped up all night and gets out in morning running around the yard.

I look for your name all the time, in hopes that you have new pictures.
I'm so jealous.. I want some minis. We have 4 horses. that I love more than anything, but I want some minis and a donkey. Would also like to have some pigmy goats. I don't know if I'd get anything done in the house I'd be out loving on the all the time.
thanks so much for sharing your pictures with us.

Hi gloryj8--you'd have fun on my website! www.littlechurchminis.com

Do you ride? I bet four big ones keep you very busy!! And a donkey?? Awesome! I'd love to see photos!

It's raining out tonight--for the first time in weeks. We need it. But--it was the first night I've just made up stalls, gotten the horses in, cleaned pastures and come in the house. I wanted to quilt so badly--but I FELL ASLEEP! DARN it. I hate it when that happens. But it only happens a few times a year. :!: I just finished chores for the night--tucked everyone in. Mazie and Tucker wanted to play--but I'm plum tuckered out, so they had to settle for some good scratches.

Thanks for letting me know you like the photos... I'll get more this weekend!

    :D

I'm not sure how I missed these the first time around, but they are awesome! I just had to laugh out loud imagining those babies funning around!

Thanks so much for the photos Karla. As always they are almost as great as the photographer!
