I think it is a sure thing now that I spend way to much time either in front of of my desk, or the sewing machine. My daughter and I offered to paint my nieces bedroom this weekend and didn't quite know what we were getting into. The room had been painted a hot pink, over the former purple, with no color blocking primer in between. It took two coats of that to subdue the color and leave a nice fresh white base. Naturally, this entailed a bunch of trips up and down the stepladder. By bedtime, I noticed a distinct stiffness taking over my legs, and by this morning, let's just say OUCH! Gonna have to vow to work in some exercise time every now and again for sure.

I don't climb ladders I use a long handled roller and let everyone else do the cutting in around the edges, at least our new house when it arrives will be fully painted. YAY no painting for a few years at least.
