It seems lately the elements are all upside down all over the world. Sorry for you people having tornadoes, it must be so frighting. You won't believe me but we had it on our news in South Africa about the man in the hardware shop who gave shelter to so many people. Hailstorms in China, floods, and earthquakes and tsunamis........was it always like that?

This same storm moved north into Deltavlle, Virginia and passed less than1 mile from my home. The destruction it caused is terrible.

Prayers going out for all who were involved. It will be a long process to get back on track.

Praying for those affected by the storms. I've seen pictures of the Lowe's in Sanford and other damage. My parents live in Raleigh. Thankfully, they didn't have anything worse than lost power. I live about 50 miles east of Charlotte. Thankfully, we did not get much more than hard rain here. I'm glad nobody in the Lowe's in Sanford was hurt or killed. Sending hugs and prayers to those who lost property or loved ones in this!

I am saddened. Watched the news tonight with updates of losses and damages. Then the news that there may be more storms into Ohio tomorrow. Prayers for all.

The tornados went through our towns too but luckily did not touch down. I heard on the radio this morning that normally we in the carolinas get nineteen tornadoes on average a year but we had 68 within this weekend. scaryyyy. take care

I am from Sanford as well, my brother's son was working at Lowe's when the Storm hit...Thank the good Lord that he and the others made it out alive...My mom and brothers and sister and a sister who lives in Raleigh were spared from amy damage but they say you can drive US 1 and actually follow the path the tornado took....It's scary though because my husband and I were up there last week and stayed at the Hampton Inn just below where it hit...I only came back because I had to work the weekend...My son was also in Camp LeJeune a few weeks ago playing in a golf tournament..I shutter to think what would have happened to him...Prayers to all in the TARHEEL STATE and to the other states that were affected by this storm...
