She bought one of those recycled bags at a craft show and wanted to learn to make one....so now I can show her the link.

they made these in Ak in the village I lived in..then in 2004 they banned all plastic bags at the grocery stores...due to the landfill...when you live remote you have to watch those things...ehhhe

That is just too cute. It is the first tote I have seen made from the plastic bags. However, several years back I was given a hat made from the old blue Walmart bags with the yellow smiley faces. I just loved that old thing but one day while out fishing it was gone with the wind.
