Please bear with me while I post the pics. Thanks

Thank you for sharing your pictures. I had the opportunity to take a tour and vacation to Spain a couple years ago and these pictures just brought back the warm feelings associated with that trip. We started in Madrid and ended in Barcelona...we even visited Sevilla! We just didn't have enough time to explore everything we wanted but we did leave with a better understanding of the people, places and culture. The food was the only thing that was a bit of a challenge but our group was up to trying anything so it was interesting. Love the quilts.

Oh Elle...that was a wonderful show! They just kept getting better and better! Some actually took my breath away. That blue/white one is lovely...awesome really. A lot of the applique quilts are just gorgeous. You said the show wasn't large, but I'd have to say it was well worth the trip to see it! Thank you so much for sharing it with us :D:

So glad you liked the show everyone.

Some of the quilts were awesome, thats not all of them but all the photographs I got from my friend, it took a lot of time for her to post all the to me, these things take such a long time to load, glad everyone enjoyed them though

Thank you Elle for the lovely photos of Sevilla, and the quilts - which are beautiful. There are a lot of "wow's" there. Do the Spanish quilters do more hand than machine quilting, as happens here?

Hi Katrine, well in answer to your question I think it was about 50/50, some were hand quilted and they were very well done.
    Glad you enjoyed Seville
