He was only born on May 1, but since I have to go back to my class tomorrow, he was introduced to the electric early. This is the mares favorite pasture and where they feel most at home. I like to be with them a full day before I leave them unattended back there... but my dad will come every 1.5-2 hours to check on him for a few days.

These are from yesterday-in the front pasture.

I don't know exactly what color this boy is--but I've never had a blue-eyed dorsaled foal! :D He is going to be unique, but I've always called his mama a silver dappled, flea-bitten dunskin going gray... :) Tucker looks just like his sire in this photo.

He is just so darn cute!! And to think he's only a couple of days old! Was he unusually large at birth or are all horses this big this soon?? (Guess I'm just used to cats who give multiple births and are so teeny when they're born -- eyes closed and so helpless.)

Tucker is so sweet! Thank you for sharing with us. I wish I could see him in person! You are one lucky lady to be in the middle of all that love and energy. (I know you have to work hard also, I am not discounting all the hours you put in!) But I do envy your gifts!
