i haven't checked my tupperware "inventory" in ages but i'm sure all of it is at least 40 years old. [wow! i suddenly felt really, really, really old myself. lol?]
i might be wrong but i think the collectible corningware is from the items made here, in corning, ny. once they moved production overseas it lost its mystic. like the two grades of pyrex and genuine fiesta ware vs. new stuff. i think.

My Tupperware is 60 (plus) years old.

I remember my mom packing pie for me a few times way back in my school years, and she always used one of her Tupperware pie wedge containers!

I have the cornflower blue Corning ware with a detachable handle. I have a lot of French white Corning ware and I have a cornflower blue Corning ware electric skillet. I used to use it to make French toast for my older son when he was a kid. Still works. I gave away my Corning were coffee percolator for stove top use. My mother had the electric one

I remember on weekends being the official coffee percolator pot watcher for mom and dad. They'd be in bed and I'd put coffee on for them, watching over the pot until the coffee was bubbling up into the glass topper, then I'd turn the stove element down to simmer and mom and dad would rise to a fresh pot of coffee.

Oddly - ha - an advert from HSN came up in my feed this morning. I've never shopped with them, but there was their ad. For Tupperware. There are a few different sets available, all in updated colors. None of the harvest gold, apple green (which was the colorway I got) or ... what was the orange called?
Anyhow, if you're wanting some Tupperware, you can get it from HSN, or at the Red Barn flea market in Bradenton. where there has been a booth set up for their products for years. Grab it while you can!
