HAPPY BIRTHDAY to YOU! Do you know how hard it is to light 69 candles on a cake? Let them know they are in big trouble if they miss the big 70 ;-)

My kids never remember my birthday either. But I don't make anything of it. Sometimes my husband remembers but on the wrong date. Mine is on the first and his brothers is the seventh. He can't remember whos is whos.
We don't make a big thing of the adults birthdays but we do the grandchildren.

I didn't say it earlier but do hope inspite of the family not remembering your birthday I do hope you had a happy day! Sometimes adopted families (quilt board members) make a good substitute!

Happy birthday!!! I think birthdays are special because that's the day GOD blessed the world with you!! I'm glad you were born and I'm sure you have touched many in ways you don't even know! it doesn't have to be your children or even your family who remembers. Just know that someone remembers you, you just don't know it yet. So be happy in the moment, enjoy life and eat sweet coconut pie!!! Heck even have TWO pieces!! who's counting? Happy Birthday and many many more!!!
