Too funny! We named our daughter Rayanna....pronounced just as it looks. She gets called Rayonna, Rayann, Breann, Breanna, Rhiannon, ect, ect. Then when you throw in her sister's name, Rosalee,...the two of them get a lot of Roseanna, Raylee, Roselyn, etc etc. They just respond to any R names now! HAHA! I thought our names were pretty simple too....but I guess not!

And the spelling is simple right? Mary and Ann.
Marianne, Marian, Mari Anne and so on.
Jo and Ann, Simple right? LOL Joanne, Joann Jo Anne, Joan and so on.

I had a professor a few years back whose first name was Tingle. She was one of the greatest teachers I've ever had. Of course we asked her about it; it was a family name.
Also, I've been teaching as a sub and have come across a bunch of beautiful and interesting names:
Cheetah, Tharen, Aunjanique, Hagar. I also know an Irving who is in HS right now. Such a cool kid!

A friend just named her baby Imogen. She was looking for an authentic Irish name. I'd never heard it before.

Onalee! Isn't there a song out there with the name Onalee? Am I dreaming? Anyone know for sure. Love your name. Mine is Yolanda. I am 73 and my (Italy born) father named me after one of the King of Italy's (at the time) daughters. He had four. There is another Yolanda on the Board who was named after the 1930s 40s dancing star with a partner by the name of Yolanda and Valez.
