One and all ... MY APOLOGY.
I really should have checked that item before posting it.
Being that I had seen it before and that I also trusted the person sending it to me, I failed to make sure it was valid.
This Mr. Copp apparently spoke relating to 3rd world countries where homes are made with clay which does "pancake".
Please check this link as one source for correction.
It seems what we had been taught still holds true.
