Why do many unproductive employees?
They have a great union that looks after them plus they're an arm of the Federal Government.


So, why should they care? They know they have a job...
A friend retired from the postal service last year and while he received his retirement check, it was only part of what he had coming. He had to wait 7 months to get the full amount he had coming to him...."...because so many of you retired at the same time."

As a saying goes, name one Federal Program that functions in the black.
