    Living in Iowa I have only had one visit to NYC. There wasn't nearly enough. I would have loved to take that walk.

    What a wonderful letter and memories for you and your children. I hope you save a copy of this for them to reflect back on as they grow older. So many times we forget what great teachers and motivators children can be. It's been years since I've been to NY, but you helped put me back there again.

    The purple things is actually two characters: KaiKai and Kiki. Never heard of them. MAybe your little ones have. Mine certainly haven't but we are limiting TV time.
