Default Warning about Tuna, Other Fish and Mercury

    http://articles.mercola.com/sites/ar..._rid=488862133

The above is a link to an article by Dr. Mercola concerning fish and mercury content, tuna in particular when consumed by children. Please read most of this article to get the gist of it. About 3/4 of the way down, there is a link for a list of the fish w/lowest mercury content to the highest. Print it and keep it on hand.

I have subscribed to mercola.com for several years. I sometimes get anxious about his selling, however, many his article are applicable to good health and improving same.

If we believed everything out there about our foods, we would all starve to death. Are bodies are designed to eat all the foods available to us, doesn't mean you have to pig out on all of them. I eat a varied diet.

I agree. It's about making the right choices and staying away from the things you know your body won't tolerate. Also, reading labels.

reading labels leads to knowledge about what we're eating. we must use common sense.
sugar is out there, but it must be eaten in moderation. Tuna has been known for years to
contain too much mercury, we must make our decisions wisely.the larger the fish, the more
mercury and lead levels in it.

At this point with all the radiation from the Japanese nuclear accident during the Tsunami, you will glow in the dark way before the mercury poisoning gets you, but thank you so much for caring about all of us. We are in a constant race now to see if we destroy our planet or ourselves first. Sad really.

I love Dr. Mercola! He has access to info the AMA and big pharma try to suppress because it doesn't support their interests. You must be your own best advocate.
