Thank you all for being there, I know you have my nack and this is a little scary. This is my youngest son who we almost lost in 95. He was in a coma for 46 days in Natl. Naval Med. Ctr here in MD. He had to learn to walk, talk and he still has a very bad closed head injury and is 100% disabled but still works in the medical field, his love. He is continuing his studies but becoming a Doctor is out due to the injury. This young lady happened just after he came out of the hospital. He only knew her mother 2-3 weeks. He has since found he cannot have a child which makes this even more special. She was meant to happen. God works in strange ways. Thanks you for your support...

touching story and hope they are will be in each others life forever. My DDwas adopted at 7 weeks she is now 24. throughout her life we have been open but she sees no point in searching. I have a mother and father she says.
Your GD was not only taken away from her father but from a whole other family who could have loved her, cherished her and been there for her. I am so glad you will be reunited. take a lot of pictures especially if you have some of her before she was taken. prayers

Well, my son got to se his daughter for 2 hours. Needless to say, things were a bit iffie. The mother was fighting for control but the daughter wanted to know her dad so mother gave in for my son only. Now, I guess she has come around and says next trip (Son live in KY) we can all come up and have her with us during the daytime hours to get to know each other.Gail is so excited and never turned loose of her dads hand. It will take a little longer but I feel good about the future. I will post some pictures as soon as I can get my camera back. Thank you all for your support.

I can see that her dad is the most important link missing. She may have not thought about extended.relatives. She will be delighted to have another set of grandparents and aunts and uncles. Kids can be so overwhelmed in such situations. At least there will be no more worry as to her whereabouts. If she has a computer it would be nice to put bios and photos of the family for her to look at anytime. so glad your son spenttime with her.
