the first house made me sick to my stomach[litterly].FILTHY full of mouse/rat fecies & other worse!i think teen-agers used it as a party house.couldn't believe anyone would show a house like that!!!!!!the 2nd house was just across the street,&instant love !we are putting in a bid this week,wish us luck!3 large bdrms,open floor plan& immaculate!WHAT a difference,& only^k difference in price!i may have a nervous breakground before this is over .
