We know this is everybody's favorite quilting forum...

I have not read through the other pages of posts on this topic but I want to mention the one that I used to frequent. It was the World Wide Quilting Chat Page. I loved that place and all the many many friends that I made there. It disbanded several years ago and I have missed having that community. I was go glad to find this one just recently.
Some of the friends that I made on that page are now FB friends. About five or six of us usually met up at the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show in July when the board was going strong. I miss so many of my cyber friends that I had on that board. I think of many of them often and would love to be in touch. I hope this board does not go away and I hope to be 'friends' here with some of you just as I was 'friends' with so many of them back in the day.
The ones on that page wore yellow yo yos to quilt shows to identify themselves as a participant of that page...and that was how I met my first 'cyber' friend. I was at a quilt show in Washington state and there was Melinda with a yellow yoyo. I think that was her name, it started with an M anyway. She went by the Yakima Yakker.

Quilting forums - I've tried others. Most of them have not had any posts for a year or more. Others, just are not as interesting. In addition, this one keeps me pretty busy (actually, I do spend too much time on it - what ever that is!)

Before I started quilting I used to visit Martha Stewart's blogs....but found it dominated by a few TOPIC DIVA'S who made anything anyone else commented on seem so "below" their consideration.
I love this site...everyone makes everyone feel welcome and all observations are sooooo positive!
Thank you one and all, and I must add, I love being able to "reach out and 'talk' to all the wonderful people all over the world!
