Thank you very much. We have the best neighbors, don't you think? You know, I would love a good old fashioned buzzard (as our son used to call it)! "There's a buzzard coming, Mom". Little did he know that I was the buzzard!!!!!! I love days like that to keep warm and cozy and watch it outside throwing out its wrath on us humans!!!!!!! Still nothing here in St. Paul, but it is darn close - It is in Minneapolis and that is just across the river.

My husband, son and I were in Rapid City. Love that City. Went to a restaurant that served the best Potato Soup in a little cast iron cauldron. I wanted it! Haven't been able to find them since. Edie

We are getting all ths snow also. We live in SW Minnesota and it has been snowing heavy since 10 am. Visibility is poor as it is quite heavy. Good weekend to sew.

My dad is in Chaska and he called sounding sad because he feels snowed in :( Feel bad for him told him to send it my way!! I hope you stay safe!

It's just starting to snow in NE Iowa now. The streets are slippery and it's a perfect night to stay home where it's warm.

My sis and her hubby are in Savannah. Temp is "quite pleasant". Chilly at night. They live in Connecticut, so who knows what they missing? :!:

Update weather here in Dallas, Tx was 68 degree today. Did not even need a jacket. It was a little windy and sunshine.

I do not miss heavy snow! Sounds like a good time to stay inside. I like seeing the snow OUTSIDE! I just don't like having to get the boots and heavy gear to be out IN it.

Seen Buffalo NY on the news? we made the national news hundreds stranded on the I90 and guess where hubby has to go tonight to help haul snow away Has been laid off but called today to work 10 hour shift starting at 11 tonite already have bag packed with quilt, candy and energy bars encase gets STUCK trying to rescue others maybe should send quilt project?? We are about hour away and only have 4 inches of snow. The city can keep it
