I started working on this silly cake yesterday making the cakes, frosting and royal icing flowers. Today I started at 4:30 am made the raspberry mousse filling, the chocolate peanut butter crunch filling, chocolate gauche filling. Frosted, and decorated this cake. Everytime I do a wedding cake for someone I think "WHY I am doing this? It makes me so stressed out." I see all the imperfections and think they are going to hate it...
