    I added it in the other post, but didn't want it to be missed. This is an amazing site--she does many many recipe substitutions to lower the calories/fat/points and there are so many hints. When you have time, browse around to see what there is.

    Gee--I thought you gals would eat this website up. :lol: Seriously--there are recipes for fudge and cupcakes using pumpkin rather than oil or eggs...and neat eggs in a mug breakfasts... so many fabulous ideas. I get her weekly emails. She tells about calorie/points for many dishes in restaurants and creates better recipes. Fiber One cereal is often used--liked for onion rings.

    I've tried that type and I just eat more so I gain, better if I just say NO lol
