I am an expert corn dog maker. Take a hot dog. Poke it with a popsicle stick. Dip it in batter made of self-rising cornmeal (or jiffy cornbread mix) and Diet Sprite! Mix the batter thick so it will stay on the dog, looks like thick cement. Deep fry for about 1 1 /2 minutes.

I did this for the Football Stadium for years, thousands every year.

I've always wondered how to get the batter to stick. Now I know.

So...who knows how to make a blooming onion? I love onion rings and blooming onions, but don't know how to make them at home.

Fried eggs over easy??? No no no. Picture the old woman in Something About Mary! Now that is bad!!

I just simply roll them up and plop them in the over-the-shoulder-boulder-holder. Tada! They look like normal ginormous boobs! Simple trick really.
