I would say yes but I would have to defer to Tru to see what she says.

I just like playing the boss but I am not the boss. :)

Missy would you mind asking Tru for me? Either way I have to start losing but if it's to late I can wait until January. My whole right side is giving me a fit with pain. I took some Tylenol 3 and geting very sleepy. Please keep in touch or PM me, doesn't matter. I'm going to be as open as allowable on here, it may embarrasse me enough to actually want to lose! I've read some of your posts and you are a very pleasant person. So are the others but you seem to stick out more. Well you know what I mean...I hope! Ha! Thank You sis, Momma_K

I'm sure glad I'm vegetarian right now.
As a vegetarian, do you have any great recipes? I want warm dinners, but I have cut back on red meat. So I thought soups that are low cal, and tasty would do the trick. I can make chowders, and chilis but I need something that is tasty and robust and lowwwww cal. I need a comfort soup!
I have many soup recipes on livestrong you have to put in bronald in the search and add me or go to one of my recipes and it will give you the whole list. If we are friends on livestrong you will be able to access all my recipes. Be prepared to add more salt than I do I'm a real low sodium nut.

I just made baked beans and veggie franks. Yum it was so good. 248 cal. /cup.

    Beans and Franks

    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp olive oil
3 cups cooked beans (I used navy beans soaked and cooked)
4 vegetarian hot dogs (I used Yves veggie dogs)
    1 tbsp. molasses
    1/2-1 cup tomatoe sauce
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. sugar if desired

    1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil, or steam in a small amount of water, for about 5 minutes in a large saucepan.
    2. Cut the vegetarian hot dogs into 1/2-inch pieces.
    3. A combination of beans may be used, including pinto, kidney and cannelloni beans. Canned or home-cooked will work. Include some of the liquid in either case, and combine the beans with the onions, garlic, franks, and remaining ingredients.
    4. Pour into a casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. For a quicker version, simply heat in the saucepan until bubbley. Serves 6
I tried to access you before on LS, but I couldn't.
