TruPeach...You know I think I just seen where this closed on the 2nd so I'll do what you suggested. I'll hang out and wait until next month. I Do want in on this, not so much for the awesome blocks but for the chance to be among others that need the help as well. If you don't mind when I do get to join I'm going to send pics with progress and recipies and possibly weight loss info. I know SO much but seems like I can't stick to it! I went from 211 to 128 in 6 months but that was like 22 years ago! I'm now 252 and desperate to get rid of this crap! I think I did weigh about a week ago, I remember becuase I was upset with myself. So, I'll be watching and waiting! Thanks Tru!! By the way, I just love you guys!!

oh Tru - I forgot to mention that I've copied the recipes and I'll be sure to make them soon! I just finished making turkey soup from scratch today, used the frozen turkey carcass from Thanksgiving that I took out of the freezer cos I needed the room.

We're having soup tomorrow and I'm freezing the newly made soup for this winter

;momma when did you weigh yourself? We are 5 days ahead of you with weight loss ( not that I lost any in 5 days) however you will be behind us (don't get behind Missy you might be in for a surprise)you can join if you want it is your choice. We had been doing this every month for almost a year so if you want to follow and comment and join for the reward next month you can do that to.
Ignore Tru everyone! She is suffering with diarrhea of the mouth. Poor poor girl. She has had it all day long. She is gonna need fluids soon. I do believe the 5 calorie version would be best.

It is 9pm where I am so it is snack time......... here is a quick filling snack or you could have it for lunch this is my own recipe.

Cream of Potato Cup a Soup Mix
only 130 calories per serving makes 6 servings

1 c non fat dry milk powder
1 c instant mashed potato flakes
1 1/2 tbsp chicken broth powder (you know what I mean)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp dried onion flakes or onion powder

Mix all together, store in a bag or jar

    to make soup
1 c HOT water (I microwave it in a mug for 3 minutes)
    1/3 c mix
Heat water add soup mix. Stir, let sit a minute stir again. I just had it however I had some leftover corn so I tossed that in along with 1 tsp bacon bits. I nuked it an extra 30 seconds. It was instant corn chowder.

Oh sheesh. Wet ones? Aren't those for your butt? I really think you are obsessed with your butt Tru.

I take back that post where I said I could write a post without sarcasm. Not possible. Nope. Not even a little bit.
