I've felt so hungry the last few days and I didn't know why. I didn't have any salad fixings. I went and got some yesterday and I'm feeling much more satisfied. I quess I need my salad at lunch and supper to fill me up. So I guess I won't go without salad again. It sure makes a difference. I also find I have to keep about 300 cal. for the evening. Maybe some toast and peanut butter. I can't get through the evening without eating something.

Bonnie what about popcorn for the evening? I always have to eat at night I don't know why but from after dinner until I go to sleep it is as if I am starving. This is my after dinner food/stuff. Coffee non fat milk, no suger I don't like sugar in coffee. About an hour after that popcorn. Then chicken broth with 3 saltine crackers. then yogurt with fruit and sometimes a 4 oz jar of baby carrots. Then I go to sleep. I got an air popcorn popper it was the best $20 I ever spent. I could have 5 cups and it is only 50 calories. I eat popcorn everyday.

I eat popcorn when I'm still hungry, I use a popcorn popper, a bit more calories than air popped but still only around 100. Try the flovered powders they sell, it gives a bit of variety.
