Why do you have cherry pop tarts in your house???? Is this healthy for your family????
Yeah can you tell I've just watch Biggest Loser???? But seriously, the best way I've found to stay on program is to not have the bad foods in the house... If it's bad for me it's bad for my family...

Wow you guys have to do more than we do. I just take it to the post office they weigh it and say $1.50 Please I pay and that's it done. I send it in a business envelope it fits just nicely. Maybe that's why it just goes as a letter. Who knows.

I am only checking in ears aren't as bad however I have a migraine from hell. The heat releaves the pain a little so I have been taking a HOT peppermint bath every hour. Peppermint is suppose to help but if either was helping why am I still take a HOT bath every hour???????
I'm sorry you don't feel well. *hugs* I hope you can find some relief.

Thank you! I use a hot glue gun. It doesn't damage the bricks at all and comes right off.

    Why I gain weight.....
    1. DH is ill (skin cancer, brain aneurysm and Parkinson type symptoms)...I worry
    2. House flooded while on Thanksgiving vacation
    3. Mom is being mom...very demanding at times
    4. House is in total chaos
    5. I'm severely behind in SQA Christmas Box, Quiting Bee Block exchange, Christmas in general....
Pray for my sanity and organization for getting everything done.
