So Missy what did you do while in the hospital since there were no glass seperating you from others for you to lick the glass. Let me guess......you ran around licking bed pans instead. LOL
Happy you are OK, remember a few weeks ago I thought I was having a heart attack? Maybe it is something in the air.

This seems Christmasy since it has the cranberries. I made a loaf today and will have it with tea as a bed time snack. It is good for breakfast too.
Cranberry Orange Bread
2 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c mandarin oranges
1 egg
1 tbsp soft butter
1/2 c dried cranberries
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Heat oven to 350.
Put eveything in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until smooth. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour battern in loaf pan. Bake 45 minute to an hour. Test with a tooth pick. The enitre loaf is 1100 calories. You should get 16 slices per loaf at around 140 calories per slice. I cut a slice in 1/2 a 1/2 slice would be a little under 70 calories.
