I want snow! I don't have the proper gear for snow but I want snow nevertheless.
I love snow too but this snow has a layer of ice under it. We had rain all day yesterday and DH has to go to work. My folks called to see if I needed anything from the store and said that cars were sliding into the ditches because they forgot it rained.
Yeah. That's the worst type for sure. Maybe he should call in sick if you all can afford it.

Nope he has to go. He is the supervisor in a convelescent home in the kitchen so he has to go and make sure them folks get fed. They can't shut down no matter what the weather is. Infact the EMS guys will go and pick up any employee that can't drive in this weather so there isn't any excuse for not being there.

Poor Elijah! I hope you are both all warmed up! (hehe I actually typed wormed up! That would have been a sight!)

    Okay time for your opinions!

I need to make a quilt and I am debating on a Disappearing Nine Patch or a Disappearing Four Patch.

    What do you guys think?

I love them both but this time I thought I could get a consensus from y'all.

I love the disappearing 4 patch. It's on my list of "to do".

And it's snowing like crazy here in Mississippi! I love it. Huge flakes! Since 4 this morning, and still snowing. Hasn't covered the road yet, though.

Oh how cool! Does it snow often in Mississippi? I have never been there before!

No, Missy, it almost never snows in Mississippi! We are close to the Tennessee/Alabama line, so we sometimes get a little Tennessee weather. They get snow probly once or twice a year.

This is my third year in Mississippi and this is my first all day snow. We did have a snowfall last year, but it kind of "dumped" instead of a pretty swirl like today. I am really enjoying it. Will move to my sewing room soon and watch out the window.

I love your new bathroom sink. That is really beautiful!
