I ran into one of my Aunt's this morning in Wm. She looked at me and said give me a hug, you have lost weight!! Your face looks so much smaller. I love her, she always has something nice to say to me. Sometimes I can't believe she is my fathers sister! LOL!!

Missy I would love to have that fridge but in black. I dream of having a kitchen done in black and white someday.

Black and white would be great. The granite that is going on top of our cabinets is black. Soo neat looking. One thing we did not want at all was stainless steel. We did not want to have to deal with the fingerprints and smudges and all that. So, white it is. The dishwasher is in the garage (ran out of time today to install it) and the new stove/oven is installed already. I decided that I would like to put the very first item in our new fridge. So we made this little ceremony where I grabbed the first thing that I saw that belonged in the fridge and put it in there. It was a single serving packet of salsa we got from when we ordered taco pizza the other day. I found that hysterical! Sheesh. What I will do for some notoriety! LOL!!!

It's here, it's here, Christmas Day is finally here!
The moment we've waited for is getting near.
The tree is all sparkly, the presents are wrapped.
We'll be watching the faces as gifts are unwrapped.
Will there be smiles, or laughter, or frowns.
The day always brings both the ups and the downs.
But no matter what else happens today,
For myself I will find time to stop and to pray.
To give thanks for what really matters to me,
The family and friends that soon I will see.
And also to give thanks for my friends on this forum,
For my life would be duller without them.
So Merry Christmas wishes to everyone,
May your day be filled with joy (and fun)!

I'm pretty sure I gained too. Not from overeating, exactly, but when I don't eat I gain. My body goes into starvation mode. I've had a very nauseous day. Was not able to finish even half of supper.

Missy, your kitchen is awesome! So lovely. I hope you enjoy it as you deserve something so nice.

Tru, it will be okay. Christmas comes once a year. Next week you'll start back up on your routine and get back in the groove.
