    thank you Lisa

as for the cookies I have been eating them non stop but my BIGGER down fall is the chocolate mousse cake with chocolate ganach and whipped cream. There was a bowl of extra whipped cream, yesterday I took a spponfull then another until inside of 60 seconds the bowl of cream was in my stomach.....ggrrrr. Today is a new day. There is still cake left, Jim will eat that, Joyce doesn't like mousse. I will NOT have the cookies. I do have will power. I had tea and yogurt for breakfast even though I made sausage and pancakes for Jim. Jim is grocery shopping, they had 18 lb bag of grapefruit for $5 and clementines, I love plain yogurt with grapefruit so that will be my evening snack.

Today I am purging my clothes, not the good stuff but the crap that I wore this summer that has stains or pulls. Why would I wear them again I decided I deserve better then that. Also they were getting big on me this past year by this summer they will NO LONGER fit. The crazy part is I have new clothes with tags from a few years ago, I never wore them as I didn't want to ruin them in the house. Now they are too big. I think all of this will take me more then a day as I am going to try the stuff on. I will let you know how it goes.

After looking at my pic I think if I have a breast reduction I would lose 40 lbs. Those tata's are big.

I always wanted to donate some of by tata's to those less fortunate than I. Somedays they are just a pain to deal with.

not just a pain to deal with but a pain in the shoulders. i never wear a bra unless i have to because the pain goes from the shoulder up the side of my neck into my head and I end up with the worst migraine.

Ditto on the pain but I don't get migraines I just get back pain. Even when I have lost weight in the past that is the last place I lose it in. They just keep hanging around, literally.

Missy as usual you make my day so much happier just for you being in it.

Carrie and anyone else that has children and grandchildren, and snow. Get the largest tupperware container you have that will fit into the bottom of your freezer, go outside and make as many snowballs as will fit into the container (don't pack them to tight) snap on the lid and rush them into the bottom of your freezer. Forget about them until July then pull that container out and have a snow ball fight on the hottest day of July. My girls love snowball fight day. P.S. Choose your snow carefully nothing yellow or brown and not off the gravel driveway. Collect it off of the patio chairs or table etc.
This also takes up space in the freezer so I can't hide any cookies in there.

Hoping that January is kinder in calories to me.

That is so sweet of you to say Lisa! Thank you!!

This month will be gone soon and then you can get back on the wagon! No worries. Life is still good.
