I lost 1/2 pound this week. This makes 10.5 pounds this month, if it holds until Sunday.
    great weight loss

thank you for the compliment my hair is SUPER thick and curly. The night before that pic I put it in a pony tail with 4 curlers or it is all ringlets. I have gray at the temples but the color is mine.

I never realized trying on clothes is exhausting. So this is the scoop all the crap, including undies I will wear 1 last time when I take it off it goes in the garbage. My feeling was why should I throw it away if it is cleaned. I had to take the time to bring it down to the washing machine, bring it up and fold it I will not throw it away before I wear it. I have been working for hours and didn't even put a dent in the rest of the bedroom. This house and closets are so small my 1st apartment was much much bigger. I swear they built this house for munchkins.
Hmmmmm? Maybe you're not over weight, the house is just to small. Think about it.
now that is a thought.
