I lost 1/2 pound this week. This makes 10.5 pounds this month, if it holds until Sunday.

Wow I'm so proud of you and so ashamed of me. I'm in the court of eating cookies every time I pass. Oh well the New Year is just around the corner. A fresh start for me.
