    I'm so in again for another month of challenge. I simply could not focus this past month with all these interviews and travelling. We shall see what becomes of February. I really need to drop these unwanted pounds...

    Awww Carol, you are such a sweetie. BUT the idea was to encourage me NOT to eat, not show me ways to cheat. hahahaha :thumbup: Guess it is ok though, I don't weigh myself until tomorrow morning & I plan on sleeping late
